Troop 7369 is an outdoor, service focused, boy-led troop.

Our activities include hiking, camping, rock climbing, canoeing, and summer high adventure trips.

Note: In compliance with BSA and VIRTUS requirements, TWO ADULTS must be on every email communication with a Scout.

Pro Force Presentation - May 5th

We will be having a Pro Force gear presentation at our Troop meeting this Thursday, May 5th.  Parents are invited and encouraged to attend this meeting with their Scout and listen to the presentation.  We are given the opportunity to order Pro Force gear at the dealer rate of 40% off MSRP.   For a preview of the gear, check out the catalog at http://proforceequipment.com/virtual-catalog.php .  We will be sending out an order form and price list before the meeting.  Order forms must be turned in to Mrs. Warsocki by May 19th because the Troop has to turn in one consolidated order form.  Unless there are items on backorder, all gear should arrive in plenty of time for use at summer camp. 

Sully District Awards Banquet - Thursday, May 5 at 6:30pm

The Annual Sully District Awards Dessert Banquet will be held Thursday 5 May 2016 at the Chantilly LDS Chapel, 14911 Willard Rd., Chantilly, VA. 20151 from 6:30PM till 8:30PM.  They will be awarding the District Award of Merit our own Chris Miller, so come on out and show your support.  In addition, there will be awards for each unit - For Troop 7369 the Unit Appreciation Award for Stacy Desrosier and the Commissioner's Appreciation Award for Walter Desrosier. 

Beach Campout - May 13-15

The troop will experience beach camping at its finest on May 13-15. Scouts will camp at the Assateague Island National Seashore, located at 7206 National Seashore Lane, Belin MD 21811. The cost is $45.  For the Beach Campout, there are a few minor changes to our normal procedure. Please pay attention to these changes. First, be sure to pack swim gear and a towel; open toed shoes are still a no-no. Second, we will pack the trailer on THURSDAY MAY 12 during our normal troop meeting. Please bring your gear to this meeting. And third, the trailer and select scouts/adults will be departing early on Friday. Please try to arrive as early as you can on Friday after 4pm, but no later than 5 pm. Do not be late!!!

Summer Camp Payment and Forms Due Now

Summer camp payment and forms are due now.  Scout fee is $450 and adult fee is $125.  Please bring your check to the Troop meeting.  All Scouts and adults attending must have complete physical forms (Part A, B, and C) on file that cover through the end of summer camp (dated after July 10, 2015).

It is now time to focus on paper work for summer camp! PLEASE take the time now to get Part A, B, & C of the BSA Physical form filled out and turned in to Kristi Finn as soon as possible. She needs to have time to go over each form and make sure everything is filled in correctly and get them printed and scanned in for the leaders to take to summer camp.

Successful Eagle Project

Chip Ponsart completed his Eagle Project today. Many thanks to the scoust who helped today. As for the scout who signed up for tomorrow, Sunday April 24, you are asked not to come. Chip thanks you for your assistance, but he is done with his project.
